A monumental early C19 th English terracotta eagle attributed to Doulton Lambeth .The eagle standing on rocky ground rests with its wings spread. The slightly opened beak and the puffy feathers on its head give the eagle character. The top of the beak has been repaired but is an old repair and solid. The detail of the feathers on both front and back is very good and it is in very good condition.
