With a bold marble top in a dark maroon and white colour, surrounded by a circular gilt carved wood lip of palm leaves and petals. The underside shows the stems of the leaves and more petals bound together. The carving then continues as the tree trunk of a palm tree down to the base of 4 flat round carved segmented feet.
