Exceptional Mid 19th Century French side cabinet with exquisite flower painting. This comprises of four central drawers with original inchased brass handles flanked by a pair of cupboards with arched panels of painted urns, foliage and exotic birds on a guilt ground.surrounding arches with intricate glit scroll decoration .The plinth and side panels have flowers, urns and foliage on a black background. The cupboard interior houses two shelves on the right hand side and one shelf on the left. Raised on turned feet. With Belgium black marble top.
